Age|REcode provides controlled domestic distribution of research-grade materials within the United States. All shipments are managed in accordance with strict quality assurance, temperature-control, and research-use-only (RUO) handling standards to ensure product integrity and full traceability.

We offer FREE standard delivery within the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC. for verified institutional orders exceeding $200.

Order Processing  

We offer same (business) day shipping for orders placed before 1pm EST Monday-Friday. All orders received after 1pm EST, or on weekends or holidays, will ship on the next business day.

Order processing does not include shipping transit time. We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory availability, payment verification, or compliance review.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping rates and options, including free shipping, are subject to change at any time without notice.

Standard Shipping

2-Day Air Shipping

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days
• Transit Time: 2 business days
• Estimated Delivery: 3–4 business days after payment confirmation

Standard Overnight Shipping

By the end of the business day (e.g., 4:30 PM for businesses)

Priority Overnight Shipping

By mid-morning delivery (e.g., by 10:30 AM to businesses)

Note: “Overnight” refers to carrier transit time following shipment, not from the time the order is placed. Orders submitted after our daily processing cutoff or during high-volume periods may require up to 2 business days before dispatch.

Shipping Costs  

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and selected service level. The following are approximate costs for common domestic shipping services, but final costs may fluctuate due to factors like fuel costs and seasonal surcharges.

Order Cancellations

ORDER CANCELLATION: Orders may be cancelled up to two (2) hours after placement, OR before a tracking number has been generated, whichever occurs first. To request cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@agerecode.com  with your order number and cancellation request. Once a tracking number has been generated, the order has entered the fulfillment process and can no longer be cancelled. If your cancellation request is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

Orders in Transit: Once an order has shipped and is in carrier possession, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or redirected. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier as described in our Shipping Policy. You remain responsible for payment even if you refuse delivery or fail to accept the package.

Liability & Risk of Loss  

CRITICAL LEGAL PROVISION: All products are shipped FOB Origin (Free on Board – Shipping Point). This means that title to the products and risk of loss pass from Age|REcode to you upon our delivery of the products to the common carrier for shipment, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Once the carrier takes possession of your order, you bear all risk of loss or damage during transit.

Age|REcode is not liable for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments, or for improper disposal of returned products.

We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. We may, at our sole discretion, assist you in filing a carrier claim, but we do not guarantee resolution or replacement.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, multiple failed delivery attempts, or other recipient-caused issues, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs if you wish to have the order re-sent. We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less original shipping and a restocking fee reflecting actual recovery costs (capped at 25%), where permitted by law.

International Shipments  

At this time, we ONLY ship to addresses within the United States. All purchases and deliveries are limited to verified research partners and institutional addresses within the United States.

We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders. Orders with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded, less any processing fees. Products may not be exported or re-exported. Orders indicating export, forwarding, or secondary labeling may be cancelled even after label creation or after carrier acceptance.

Regulatory & Compliance

We comply with all applicable shipping regulations for research chemicals, including DOT and IATA rules as applicable to a product’s classification; most shipments are non-hazmat. We also comply with all carrier-specific requirements.

We do not sell DEA-scheduled products. Certain items may require special handling or documentation; shipment may be delayed or refused pending verification.

All Age|REcode materials are supplied for in-vitro research and laboratory analysis only. Products are not for human or animal consumption, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and are shipped exclusively to verified research accounts to maintain compliance and product integrity.

Modifications to Shipping Policy  

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in our shipping procedures, carrier relationships, regulatory requirements, or business operations. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services and acceptance of shipments after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

Material changes to shipping methods, costs, or geographic restrictions will be communicated via email to active customers where feasible.
