Due to the fragile, temperature-sensitive, and research-grade nature of our products, Age|REcode does not accept returns or exchanges. All products are manufactured and distributed under controlled conditions, and all sales are considered final once an order has shipped.
This policy is necessary to preserve product integrity, validation standards, and chain-of-custody requirements.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may be requested only prior to shipment confirmation.
- Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly to ensure eligibility

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
All orders are inspected and verified prior to shipment. If your order arrives with missing, incorrect, or damaged items, please notify us immediately upon delivery.
When contacting us, include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting documentation or photographs, if applicable
Each case will be reviewed in accordance with our quality assurance and distribution protocols. Where appropriate, resolution may include a replacement shipment or account credit, at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only under approved circumstances, such as:
- Verified shipment errors
- Documented product integrity issues confirmed by our quality assurance team
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Additional processing time may apply depending on your financial institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us at hello@agerecode.com for assistance.
International Orders
At this time, we ONLY ship to addresses within the United States. All purchases and deliveries are limited to verified research partners and institutional addresses within the United States.
We do not ship internationally or to freight forwarders. Orders with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded, less any processing fees. Products may not be exported or re-exported. Orders indicating export, forwarding, or secondary labeling may be cancelled even after label creation or after carrier acceptance.

Age|REcode products are intended for research and laboratory use only. Products are not for human or animal consumption, not for diagnostic or therapeutic use, and not eligible for return once shipped due to controlled storage and research-grade handling requirements.
